Having served the local area for seven years, Solar Negotiators has expanded its sales and management team to cover nearly 60 projects a month.

Our Team


Christopher Moran

CEO

Born and raised in the central San Joaquin Valley, Christopher Moran began his career in the solar industry over 6 years ago working with established local electrical contractors, and industry leading manufacturers, to educate valley residents on the benefits of PV solar systems. Chris served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps and was deployed to serve a tour in Iraq in 2007 driving large fuel trucks at forward refueling points and in convoys.
In 2009 Chris founded a small company in his garage as an honest business to help consumers get the facts on solar systems in California. That small company is now Solar Negotiators Inc. A Bullard High School and College Valedictorian, Chris has aimed to demonstrate professionalism and competency on all to levels to provide
the best solar experience possible to valley residents.
Chris has entrepreneurial roots going back 3 generations on both sides of his family. Chris' father's parents bought and operated the Madera radio station in the Mid 1960's and his grandfather was the voice of the town through the 1980s. Chris' father was a dentist with a private practice in Madera for almost 35 years. Chris is also a third generation shareholder at Sebastian Enterprises Incorporated, Founded 1946 as Kerman Telephone Company. ``Im so grateful to have grown up in such a solid local company, attending board meetings as a teenager just listening to business executives discuss and overcome real corporate challenges. Many of my best leadership principles I learned from those experiences.`` Currently Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Sebastian Enterprises Inc, Kerman Telephone Inc, and Kertel Communications Inc since 2012. Chris also serves the Fresno Community as the President of the Board of Directors for Fresno Metro Ministry, a non profit organization operating in Fresno since 1972. Chris also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Better Blackstone Community Development Corporation which focuses on revitalizing the Blackstone corridor of Fresno. ``I would like to thank our clients, my family, and our team here at Solar Negotiators for the support they have shown for this company and its vision.``

Leroy Coffman

President

Leroy grew up in Fresno and brings 15 years of strategic planning, sales, and operations management experience to the Solar Negotiators team. Prior to joining the company, Leroy spent ten years as President of Tempest Technology Corporation, the leading manufacturer of ventilation tools for firefighting and industrial applications. Leroy holds an MBA from the Craig School of Business at CSU Fresno (2012) and a bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.

Cindy Michael

General Manager

Cindy grew up in Mariposa and still returns frequently to visit family. After spending twenty years living on the Central Coast, she recently relocated to the Fresno area to be near her grandchildren. She has a long history in administrative and office management positions including over eight years working in the Yosemite Valley. She brings to the team, over a decade of experience working within the renewable energy industry in office and project management roles. One of her favorite aspects of working with solar is helping people become energy independent.

Mike Grew up in Fresno, attending Clovis West High School. He studied agri-business and played football at Cal Poly San Luis Opispo and studied psychology at CSU Fresno. He began his account management career at Xerox in sales and has developed a passion for account management and client care. Mike began his career in the solar industry in 2013, finding great satisfaction in helping his clients understand and realize the benefits of adding solar to their home or business. Mike lives in Fresno with his wife, son, and daughter.

She served as a Combat Medic in the CA Army National Guard for 5 years, has her insurance license and has extensive experience in customer service. She is currently attending Fresno City College working on a major in psychiatry and a minor in interpreting for American Sign Language.

Robyn Coleman

Project Manager

Raised in Arizona until the age of 14, then returned back to California, she is a mom of 3 children, 2 grown and one in High School, and 2 grandchildren. She is very involved in church, her daughter’s horse riding and loves to sew and crochet in her spare time. At the age of 16, she began her career in Accounting/Office Management, working for her father’s business. Eventually she became the owner of her own business, that was very successful for many years. In 2005 she moved to the Central Valley from Southern California and expanded her accounting knowledge into Construction Accounting. She began working in the Solar Industry 3 years ago and is very excited to be a part of something that not only helps our environment, but saves our clients money and gives them freedom from the electric companies.

Hector has worked in the solar industry for 7 years, working as a sales consultant and energy adviser for one of the largest solar companies in the US. This experience has enabled Hector to help clients understand the benefits of going solar and how it can help them lower their energy bills. Hector has successfully helped hundreds of people evaluate their solar needs and identify which type of solar system will best suit their needs. He enjoys helping Solar Negotiators' clients save money and is always eager to lend a hand. Hector Sandoval grew up in the Central Valley and is a proud father of four lovely girls. Along with his wife Josie of 12 years, he is proud of raising his children within the agricultural capital of the word.

With a long history of creative writing and background knowledge of design, she decided to focus her attention on Business Admin. Marketing and recently graduated from CSU Fresno this spring. She discovered her passion to help local businesses gain consumer interest both online and in print advertising after years working on volunteer projects around the local community. Meghan currently manages all the company’s marketing needs including the production and implementation all digital and print advertising. She also hopes to increase Solar Negotiators’ online presence by authoring the company blog and campaigning via social media.
